A cloud PBX moves telephony infrastructure from the cabinet on site to the operator's side. Opening a new branch no longer means installing an exchange, adding cards and maintaining them; subscribers are defined from a central interface.
Users keep the same extension on a desk phone, a computer and a mobile. As a Turkcell partner, Elit Arge handles number portability, the extension plan and the design of the migration from the existing exchange.
