24/7 SOC service went live for a metropolitan municipality

Under a three-year framework contract signed with the IT department of a metropolitan municipality, 24/7 security operations centre services went live in January 2026.

Commissioning ran in three stages. The first produced an asset inventory across the headquarters and affiliated units; the second set up log collection from firewalls, servers, directory services and endpoint agents; the third produced correlation rules and response playbooks specific to the organisation.

The service is delivered under the MSSP model: monitoring and first response run from our centre at Hacettepe Teknokent, and the in-house team steps in only for incidents that require escalation. A monthly threat report and a quarterly maturity briefing are part of the contract.

The name of the organisation is withheld under a confidentiality agreement.
